You can take the top off the disconnect then it will stop the hammer from resetting and it will have the same effect as full auto. I have done this with 1911 not an M9 although I have seen full auto M9 and they suggest that this modification would work. Don't do this if you are inexperienced its difficult to put the M9 hammer assembly back together as the trigger is integrated into the housing also.
