CAMO Airsoft has approached So Go Airsoft to put on a simple Scenerio Event Sunday April 28th. 2-5pm
We are working on the layout for the Scenerio and some special effects. Storyline is being brought to you by CAMO Airsoft
Because this time of year is hard for people to get out and play because of school getting out and people planning vacations. We are going to only charge $15 for this Scenerio Event.
I will leave the rest of the game play and info to CAMO to post. I don't want to ruin their plan for the game. By saying too much. Take it away, CAMO.
Thanks,
Jon and Lyn

Thanks for working with us Jon! Hopefully it will be a memorable little game!
A classy bank in New York City is temporarily holding sensitive information regarding certain US government financial movements. However, America's enemies have great interest in obtaining this information; they're going to disguise the grab as a casual bank robbery. Thankfully, Federal agents are not far away to react to this brazen attack.
Uniforms:
Terrorists - Shemaghs; camouflage clothing recommended
Feds - Black clothing recommended
Bank guards - Blue shirts (contact me to apply for this position)
Bank employees and civilians - casual
If you can, bring both fed and terrorist clothing so we can make sure the teams are evenly proportioned. We will have a few shemaghs to loan out if needed.
Team Objectives:
Terrorists - Take over the bank; locate the vault; gain access to the vault; extract the intel
Feds - Extract the intel; rescue bank personnel and civilians
Bank guards - Protect employees and civilians
Bank employees and civilians - stay alive and escape the bank if possible
Briefings
Before the game begins everyone will receive detailed instructions as to their roles and objectives.
Bank employees and civilians will not be charged to attend this event, however they will be unarmed. This is an excellent opportunity to bring out your dad, mom, aunt, uncle, girlfriend, boyfriend, cousin, friend from school, boss, or anybody you know that has never done much in airsoft.
Should be something different and fun. Also going to make a neat video. Be sure and make it out for your chance to be Jesse James. ;)

Ummmm. We all normally recognize people of the U.S government in ACU or Multicam. I'm not saying it's bad, and I personally don't care what time I'm on, but I am saying that most americans recognize good people in their unifrom. So, thinking as a total noob that has no idea what so ever, that could get a little confusing for me..
-
This game appears to be law enforcement vs. outlaws (cops and robbers) rather than the U.S. military vs. an enemy of the U.S. The uniform colors seem appropriate to me, given the scenario.
-
I'm not saying they aren't appropriate. I think they are, I must be looking at a whole different aspect.
-
I think the shemaghs vs black will be ok. If needed we can give the cops white armbands. The majority of people will be on the robbers' team anyways.
I can however see where you're coming from Brendon. I've personally spent more time with police and private security contractors, who often wear solid colors. However you do have a good point since the last 5 years has seen a drastic increase in camouflage clothing use by both federal and local law enforcement agencies. A lot of things have been changing in the world the last few years. Not long ago the most common issued camo pattern was US woodland style uniforms; now it is woodland digital variants.
Ultimatly, it comes down to the fact that the majority of airsofters wear camouflage. In this scenario, we're needing the majority of shooters on the terrorist team. Thus, the team colors.
-
Okay, see that was another thing I was thinking about. Thank you, for clearing that up.
-
Glad to shed some light on it. Hope you can make it out! ;D
-
So, what if it were a black T-shirt and jeans with a multicam vest? (Just making things complicated.)
-
With no shemagh, we'd probably put you on the SWAT team. But if we needed to make to teams proportional, we could easily loan you a shemagh and you'd fit right into the terrorists.
-
I will totally play on the SWAT team, if Jon lets me.
-
Just a reminder about tomorrow. Can't wait to see all you guys out at SoGo! And big thank you goes out to Jon and everyone at SoGo for being so generous with us on this event. You guys really made it happen!
