Title: Grand Opening for The Rock Airsoft

Sept. 17 and 18th.
Camping will be available to those who want to come on Friday to setup early and those who want to camp on Saturday night. Please select Camping during registration so we can get a count and setup the best place possible.
Friday Check In 5-9pm. Get chronod and info.
Saturday Check in 8am Get Chrono'd and info
Safety and Game briefing 10:00AM sharp. (please don't be late. We need to get things rolling)
Teams separated and game type selected. Game on at :10:30 am
Break for Lunch at 1pm-2pm.
Get teams and game type Selected. 2:00pm-6:00pm Each game last 60-90 minutes. Depending on success and players exiting the game.
Depending on lighting for the field we might setup after dinner games and play 8-10pm.
Sunday
Briefing, Game type and setup 10:30-2:30pm Still trying to determine the schedule for Sunday.
Still more updating to be announced. This is basic layout.

Friday Sept. 16 Camping 5PM
Saturday Sept. 17 *** ATTENTION *** AO Closed to Players prior Start of games
Check-in / Chrono Opens 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Safety Briefing (All PLAYERS MUST ATTEND) 9:30am starts safety briefing
Teams form at 10:00am (For Game briefing) Start Game 10:30am End Game 1:30pm
Lunch Break
2:30 Teams group up for next game type. (start game when in position.)
5:30 pm game will be called
6:00 pm Gather for raffle and Dinner break.
7:30-10:00 pm for night portion of Event (Bring a flashlight and stay safe) ---------
Sunday Sept. 18th 9:30 am Formation for Morning Brief
10:00 am Start Games
3:00 pm Call Endex

Can't stand the wait! It's killing me! Really, really looking forward to this! Hurry up, Saturday! I can hear the bbs calling my name! Looking forward to pew-pewing with all my friends!

Thanks everybody for coming out. Great crowd. Went a lot smoother than I thought it would. The rain put a hard start to things. And made us have to make a lot of changes to everything we had planned for. But it worked it out. And we thank you all.
