Pretty much the FPG is just that:  A Folding Pocket Gun.  All it really is is a Glock 18 stuck inside of a frame that Magpul made to house it.  In effect, it makes a kind of sub-gun out of your G18.  Here is a video to the airsoft version if you've not seen it:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K3pyWrHGy-M

Hope I helped!

Ummm Not a fan of Dorkycrap/Guns
Maybe if you wanted to play the Hightech spy or HighTech Terrorists like the IRA.

These things are neat... a friend of mine just bought one and he loves it... then again he is a sniper outdoors guy and only uses it when he needs it.

my question is, does it have the same ranges as a pistol after shoving the pistol into the frame? ( Considering it's power comes from gas compression.)

I'm assuming it makes the barrel longer???  Or is it purely an aesthetic addition?

I don't like the FPG version, but I seen other conversions that looked neat.

It does create the effect of a longer barrel so i would say yes?
