DIY / Glock 18c EBB

Hi guys & girls, I have recently purchased a TM EBB Glock 18c and after about a week it stopped being able to change it from semi auto to full auto and I am wondering how to fix this?
Also it jammed one afternoon and after taking the spring out to unjam it there seems to be a problem with it firing properly again, it makes a grinding noise and the internal slide does not move, any ideas on how to fix it?
