Halloween and Airsoft
« on: October 31, 2012, 12:55:44 PM »
I want to join the bandwagon of other retailers and distributors warning against going out for halloween with your Airsoft guns.  There is to much of a chance of something bad happening or you just getting blamed for somebody elses vandalism.  We don't need people calling the cops because they think you are carrying a real gun.
If you insist on it be sure the orange tip and even a barrell Sock are in place.  And don't point it or even shoot it while out.

Airsoft is getting bigger and bigger all the time.  But with that we get more people being stupid and careless with it.  Causing bad press and even getting shot by the police.  If you want to help keep Airsoft from getting band around the country.  Then just don't do it.

Thanks for listening.  I wish I would have posted this earlier.  Sorry about that.

Teens and adults shouldn't be trick-or-treating anyways IMHO...lol

If you're a parent going out with your kids it's honestly a better idea to have a real firearm with you...Halloween generally sees a crime spike.

+1 Jon; stay safe out there guys.

Well i will say this you are correct on that matter for sure. I saw 3 kids lastnight under the age of 18 trick or treating that were carring around walmart airsoft guns. Clear plastic guns and actually shooting other kids... and the parents let this happen. They were right there with them and nothing was said... made me mad!!!
