Looking at Switching things up a bit starting in March. And hopefully better weather. But I would like to hear your thoughts on some of these ideas.
1. Opening later during the week and staying open until 9 or 10pm.
2. Team Night Thursday and Team Challenge Thursdays? (Used for training your team and just practicing. Then playing a bit to put your training to the test)
3. Target night Fridays. And Tournament Challenge Fridays (For individuals or Teams)
Consisting of timed, accuracy and planning Challenges. Like Hostage/Rescue, Active shooter and other types of scenario games.
4. Block Play 5-9pm for under 16years old and families. And 7-11pm for 16 and over? (Because of the larger numbers and so many different playing experience levels and ages.
Thin things out a bit and make it more fun for everybody. And helping those new players learn how to play properly.)
With our place in Springfield I believe we have more to offer everybody after school and Work. And just get back to doing the more challenging games and mixing things up. Working as a team to achieve a goal. And just having a good time even practicing.
Thoughts? I don't want to open later if it is going to hurt folks who can't come out later. But it already seems that later is when we see most everybody.
