We opened So Go Airsoft up to the public on Labor Day weekend 2007. First games were played by our SA crew that helped work on the CQB the month before.
It has been an experience for sure. Lyn, Gene and I want to thank all of you who have visited, bought and played at our place of business. Without that support we wouldn't be where we are today. We have became good friends with alot of you. And those we just see once a month or even less we still consider responsible for the success we have had.
We still appreciate our customers that purchase our ASC7 Claymores online from all over the world. They too are responsible for keeping those doors opened.
For those of you who are constantly pushing and telling people about So Go Airsoft while at our events, as well as other area events, will be getting a discount card from me when we see you telling others about us. We know we have Newbe's coming through that haven't experienced the quality and customer service we try and have at So Go Airsoft. So when they are talking about buying Online I hear my experienced, and loyal, players telling them what is wrong with their theory. Not in a bad way or degrading way but in a way that hopefully helps them see the benefits of supporting their local Airsoft Store (the only dedicated Airsoft Store) We could always bring in Paintball items and other stuff to sell. But our vision from day one is to support and help grow the Airsoft community. As well as give jobs to Airsofters and sponsor certain events around the area.
We even paid for every player to go to the JTAG Blackhawk Down game that wanted to go. I think we paid for 20+ people to go. Again just our way of saying thanks to those who stand with us to make this sport/hobby great. (and SAFE)
We have a few players that go above and beyond to help us out and we want to say Thanks to them for all the time they come out just to help out. And the last guy that I know probably won't ever read this is our Landlord (Charles) that has always supported us and is responsible for building that second CQB building for us.
Thanks again guys and girls.
Jon, Lyn and Gene Burdette
