I am going to get a molle plate carrier and pouches to go on it and I cant decide which carrier I want and what pouches I will need. Any suggestions?

Depends on what and how much you want to carry.  I'm fond of the triple mag pouches.  Each pouch holds either 3 M4 or 2 AK mags.  They can also be used to carry water bottles, Tornado grenades, loaders and whatnot.  There are usually 2 or 3 pouches to each unit.

This one is very similar to the one I have and run...

EDIT:  Link to nonsponsoring retailer removed.  Please link to So Go or directly to manufacturer's site.

Mine came with a triple m4 pouch system, admin pouch ( seems a bit big on that one to me , but it works.), and a up-right utility pouch.

I've since modded it out more  adding a few tactical placed pistol mags ( I like running pistols in Sogo's , and when not , holding a couple speed loaders just in case.).

The only things about this one... it lacks cumberbund/side panel options... which works for me cause I use drop legs for other things, and it's easier to bend down and maneuver even when it's loaded.  Not a bad price for a PC either.

I originally ordered OD green one, but I got sent a ACU Digi one due to a mess up... but they sent me a free Woodland Condor assault cross draw vest to compensate ( they ran out of OD stock as I emailed them on their mess up. ) .. I like the vest just fine, would be great for games where I didn't have to bend or squat very much...,but the PC feels a bit better in my opinion.

I bought an OD green Condor Hydro system from Jon at Sogo's , which beautifully mounted on this light PC , and in my opinion improved it's "look".

There are no "dummy plates" with this PC system... it's actually stiff enough you don't need them, and you don't feel BB hits ( just hear them) when it's nailed.  Either way Plates are cheap, and would stiffen it more if desired... or like my buddy said, cut some cardboard inserts, myself for a more custom fit if I wanted.

I used mine in CQB on the 4rth of this month... was very impressed with my mobility, ease of getting to my gear, and it was comfortable.

Full loaded it's still very light, and load bearing.  I think mine weighs 9 pounds total, w/full water, metal mags and full BBs.

Quality wise, it's probably not the best. I doubt one of these will last more than three years if heavily used, maybe less than that... but for a year or two of use, and at that price, isn't too bad.

Reverend, you sound pretty certain about the importance of a codpiece.  Would there be any reason for such a specfic suggestion?

I popped one of the guys in CQB in the nards accidentally with my pistol, fresh gas load.

I felt really bad about it, but there was at least 30 feet between us when I shot him, so I don't think it hurt him that much.
