Mil-sim radios

im going to buy a radio for mil-sim with a headset and PTT but i don't know what a good brand that will give me good coverage if anyone plays mil-sim and knows a good brand please let me know

I myself use midland radio's they have good range and there easy on the eyes.

Shop carefully for the throat mics, they have about 99.9% work like crap rate. 

Also keep in mind that any conductive mic like throat mics, ear bone mics, jawbone mics etc will not work pretty much at all on fat people.

Throat mics suck... we stopped using them in the military because they are virtually useless; if you want comfort and reliability go with something similar to the Surefire EP 200 systems, there are a number of clones available that work well.

My radio of choice is a Garmin Rhino. Take your pic, they're al good. Great range with added GPS features. They're one pin, so headsets are quite easy to find for them.
