Hey fellas, the names Tony. Just moved here from So. California. Currently living in Wright City. Been playing airsoft since '03. Hitting all the area forums to keep my options varied. Team member HAGIBIS; FIGHTNBASTARDS.
Welcome, we've got pockets of small player groups that get together and play all over the place, that sometimes team up for larger events. i'm 0V3R1ORD from the West plains crew.

Cool. Yep gonna be a rover here, gun for hire type deal. I just like playing and as long as the people are decent and the games are good I'll keep coming back. Like a bad rash ;)

Hi. my name is Sam, but some of my friend's have nicknamed me b.b.c, so that's what I go by. I live in the Springfield area, have my whole life.

I'm 15 (only for 5 1/2 more months), and like most teenagers, I do enjoy Xbox (that's where my nickname came from). I have a little experience with airsoft guns, but only spring pistols, and a MP5 style gun that was powered by 4 AA batteries, which I shot at trees with in my backyard. I do, however, have a good bit of experience with live firearms.

I became fascinated with airsoft when I heard some of my friends talking about having their own airsoft wars and I wanted to get into it too. I don't have experience with the competitive side of airsoft, but it's something I am very interested in. Once I get some money, I plan to invest in a decent gun and equipment for airsoft.

I hope to be out on the field soon, maybe even playing against some of you guys.

Since ya are right there in Springfield , you should hop down to Sogos ( it's right in Ozark , not far) ... Supercell ( AKA Jon ) ... He's even got rentals, so ya can try out some stuff and play against other players.

You'll learn alot , and most everyone that goes there can help ya out on advice, gear, ... just about anything as far as airsoft goes.

Welcome to the airsoft venue in this area BBC! nice to meet you! Good luck on your airsoft journey! Sounds like you're doing it the right way-save up and buy the expensive stuff first. I wasted at least $200 in lousy guns before I bought a good one. I also recommend you to buy from So Go Airsoft in Ozark, because they can help you decide your purchase and will fix the gun if it has problems. :)

thanks guys. I'm thinking about going to Sogo in the next couple of weeks, and renting a gun and equipment to try it out. I hope to have fun with it, just have to find the time with school and all

Hello,

I have a lot of experience when it comes to firearms and tactics and have been an avid shooter for 10+ years now.  I'm fairly new to Airsoft though.  Up until recently most of my experience was with cheap spring guns. .

I'm looking forward to getting out to a game sometime.  I'm a lot more interested in CQB scenario based games, instead of just a free for all run and gun.  But I guess I'll just have to get out and try my hand at all of it and see what happens.

Yea, welcome to this forum.
Keep an eye out for our CQB Scenerio Games.  Pistol night is a great time also.
The Monthly event is more just giving a bunch of players some trigger time.  With some small objectives in the middle of the day.

Thanks for joining.

Glad you've signed up here MrDuke. Sounds like your experience with guns, live and airsoft, are around the same. Hope both of us have good luck with airsoft. Welcome to the forums

How goes it, yall?
My names Austin. I live in Shell Knob, but I am in Springfield pretty regularly. Ive Airsofted for about 5 years now. I graduated from borrowing junky springers and sitting on the sidelines to currently owning 2 pretty high end AEGS. I try to hit the field as often as possible, and i have extensive firearms experience. I am now my teams support gunner , medic, and engineer / tech dude. I do all my own internal work and custom work. I hope to meet as many members of this awesome community as i can. I frequent the Sogo retail shop, but haven't played on the CQB course yet. I'm also always in the market to add to my armory.

Cheers,
