I am slowly but surely getting completely out of the whole M sereis scene to make way for cool new gear or far superior AK variants. Right now I need to pay for a new hydro carrier, so more M4's have to go.
First up is a custom M4 I built for my little brother who is now in the USAF and has no time to play (and is stationed in GA). It features a full metal body. I believe it's one of the aluminum bodies you can get on Evike with the USMC logo on the left side of the receiver. I am unsure what brand of motor is in it, but it's not too bad. Gearbox is primarily AIM Top. AIM gears, 8mm stainless steel bushings, metal spring guide, M100 spring, full cylinder, AIM full metal tooth piston, AIM ported piston head with #14 0-ring installed, o-ring air nozzle. The last chrono reading had it right at 375fps. I am not totally sure that I corrected the AOE on this one, but I think I did. It also has a one piece hopup unit and a polished G&G 363mm tightbore barrel installed. Wired to deans in the handguard. I also installed a flip down front sight from an old S-System I had in pieces. Past the front sight, the outer barrel piece IS removeable (also has '5.56mm NATO' stamped on it) allwing for silencers and what not to be attached without greatly extending the overall length of the gun. And of coarse you got the whole tan/black contrast thing going on. Used this thing last at OP B4L without hickup and is still chuggin'. Asking $165 for it. Next I have my battle worn (literally) Gen 1 KWA M4 CQB. In the time I've owned it, I've had some one else crack the gearbox (gen1 2G gearbox) due to trying to clear a jam by fringing it out, and after replacing that one, I craked the gearbox again(another old 2G gearbox) with a 30rps+ high ROF set up. I have a new-ish complete KWA 2GX gearbox that I am ready to drop in. I still need to install the original A2 style motor grip and do a couple other things, so the pic of this one will be up tonight when I get back from work. It's wired to the rear and wired to deans. I moded the body to get it rear wired and to accept a G&G buffer tube with a G&G black crane stock. It will also include a free floating RIS already installed. Oh, and I also installed one of the newer KWA hopup units in it. Asking $200.
The 2GX gearbox came out of a KWA SR12, so with the current cylinder setup you could easily use up to a 510mm inner barrel without experiencing any ill effects. I have the SR12 outer barrel and mock gas block and a 510mm barrel that can go with the gun if I get my asking price.
