I've mentioned how much I liked my Hi-Cappa 5.1 in past threads. I've owned two versions of this gun, and have had very good luck with them both. Both of them were made by WE, but differed from each other, a bit. My first, I got back in '05, looked like your basic, old school Hi-capa. It had a square trigger guard, thick plastic grip, and a metal slide that was just a hair too heavy. As far as range and accuracy are concerned, if easily out-performed my other pistols, (a g18 and an HFC "Darkhawk") but would usually not cycle the last five or six rounds due to the weight of the slide. Then in '08 I got a Colt MK IV made by WE, and licensed by Cybergun, and I really can't be happier. They changed the slide to a much lighter alloy, and gave it a more classic "mailbox" shape that 1911's are famous for. Also, a flatter grey finish with colt trademarks on the grip panels and slide really give it a nice appearance. They changed the spring and guide rod, as well. I added a lanyard and compensator, and it cycles a full mag on rapid fire without any problems. One of these days I might have Evan drop an upgrade kit in it, but it works perfect so I may not even bother. I like pretty much all 1911's, but I stick with hi-capa's because they're left-hand friendly, and I like having the extra ammo, too.
