Just thought I would share some photos from our last training event with One Shepherd!!!! Enjoy!!!
Brief DescriptionThe Warrior Basic Course is the entry class to the One Shepherd community. You will see guys in MILES gear (Little black dots) and carrying AR weapon platforms. These are the WBC students learning about basic warrior skills, including Battle Drills and how to operate as a team.
The Light Leaders Course is the first installment of the Leadership specific classes. They learn about Troop Leading Procedures, OpOrd's, Warn-O's, and more. There were only 4 students this year in the LLC which allowed leaders to command actual fire teams of at least 4 members during application lanes.
Enough Chit Chat... here are the pictures!

Friday evening we begin setting up the Student Quarters and the S4/ Staff Quarters tents.

This is one of the MGPTS tents we use for sleep quarters, classrooms, and a lot more.

Here we have a team of 5 WBC students (holding AR's) and their appointed leader (solid OD uniform) inside one of the MGPTS tents.

WBC students learning about the "Cigar-shape" method for conducting a security halt.

On Saturday night, the students have a night time application lane. Here you see students gathered around the Terrain Model during their OpOrder for the Night Mission.
