Airsoft as an addiction?
« on: June 02, 2012, 12:08:01 PM »
I find that for a few weeks after playing a really good day of airsoft, I get irritable and find myself just messing with my equipment.  I'll just walk in the garage and put everything on and just think about how fun it was, then I get sad because I have no one to shoot :(

I would love to come to SOGO every week but that drive from Rolla to Springfield (with wife and 2 kids in tow) sucks and gets expensive (again wife and 2 kids).  I am hoping and praying that NOVA gets something up here ironed out soon, then we can start inviting you guys up (and we met some amazing people at Bing field last time).  I had heard that the old paintball property and buildings where for sale up here, now if only I could convince my boss to give me a $50,000 bonus for being such a great employee, we'd get something going.
Its always better to be a first rate version of yourself than a second rate version of someone else.

Yesterday is the past, tomorrow is unknown, today is a gift, thats why they call it the present.

Airsoft is an addiction like working out is an addiction.... except I actually like to play airsoft! Hahah! Except for the expenses of going to games  and gear its a very good thing. I mean you are outside all day (or inside at the CQB) and you are sweating the entire time while running mostly everywhere. Its basically all around good for you. So when you get restless and fidgety just go outside and shoot some bbs off at a target! Might help! hahah
